How do I sign-up for RightPort high-speed Internet service?
For returning outdoor antenna customers – Plug in the power to your antenna first, wait 60 seconds, then power on your wireless router. From your Internet-ready device, connect its wireless adapter to your wireless router’s password-protected network. Open a browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari) to any unsecured website, which will be automatically redirected to the Right Port login page, log in with the correct username, and password chosen at installation.

Wifi/Hotspot Customers – Look for available wifi connections from your device’s wifi adapter.  You will be looking for connections named either RightPortwifi or some variation of the (abbreviated) park name.  Choose the connection with the best signal to connect to. Open a browser (i.e., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari) to any non-secured website and you will be automatically redirected to the RightPort login page.  At the bottom, select the new user link and then choose the package and length of time you want. Continue to fill in each required field until the congratulations page. Close and reopen your browser to get to the RightPort login page and enter in the username and password you just created. Upon acceptance, you can now surf the Internet.  Follow these beginning steps to sign into RightPort for each of your devices up to the maximum allowable for each park. What is an outdoor antenna?

The outdoor antenna is about the size of the average adult’s hand. It will be professionally installed onto the customer’s unit with regard to the park rules and regulations. An Ethernet cable connects the antenna to the customer’s wireless router installed along the path the customer has chosen with the installer. This customized professional installation includes the antenna, the router setup, and connection to all customer devices.

RightPort offers: daily (24 hours), weekly, and monthly service plans, all contract-free! (Offers may vary depending on location) Please refer to the service plan rate flyer provided by RightPort.

All service plans include unlimited usage so no data caps, no fees to start, stop, or suspend service. The price on the flyer is the price customers pay. There are no hidden fees or hidden charges.

How can I increase my signal?

With WIFI, distance is important. Being too far away affects the signal you are receiving. Being too close can also decrease WIFI performance as WIFI signals need room to expand. Please call our support team for assistance. 602.767.1630

When I try to connect, I don't receive a welcome/login screen?
Please attempt to forget the network and turn off your device for 5 minutes. Once the device is on, retry connecting to the network.
Be sure to check your wifi signal strength. Too weak of a signal means you may be unable to get connected.
